Auditing all 384 Comp.Sci/IT detail pages found 17 effectively active cyber concentrations; 15 were invisible in parent titles. One active-child/inactive-parent conflict was excluded. The public layer preserves 63 title, pathway and boundary units without treating them as interchangeable credentials.
