The current FGOS 10.03.01 standard regulates the field while leaving programme design to institutions; it is not an institution-programme register. Four current HSE credentials with directly verified 2026 programme or admission surfaces are retained: Information Security bachelor, Computer Security specialist, Information Security in the Credit and Financial Sphere master, and Information Security of AI Systems master. This deliberately limited provider snapshot does not estimate national stock, other providers, specialisations, or course-level cyber content.
